LOCO BURRITO SOCIAL GRAVITY ENDURO

The Loco Burrito Social Gravity Ride #2

Where: West Side and surrounding trails.

What: Sign on and briefing from 7.30am. Planning to commence event at 7.55am. Event will include 2-3 timed sections and the approximate finish time will be 11.00am-11.30am.

More Details:

This is a Gravity Social Ride with some timed sections. That means you will be riding a total of about 20 km with a series of 2-3 timed, downhill stages. The shortest total time on the downhill stages wins. There is no timing or time limit on the bits between the downhill bits! This is a fun, social ride with a few fast downhill bits. Between these you ride at your own pace with the group to the next stage.

This will be lots of fun and plenty of chance to chat to be sure to have your water as people will start at intervals to avoid crowding on the downhill bits. That means you’ll be standing around a bit.

If you are going to ride fast or race the downhills then a full-face helmet is strongly recommended. Same goes for knee/elbow guards and body armour. For those of us wearing lycra and going slowly, normal riding gear will be ok.
As always, have fun and look after each other!
